During pandemic, she has started her own production company, Julia Laza Creates, combining all her expertise, connections, endless energy and experience into producing stunning still and moving images for various brands.

Based on her long modelling career and clear understanding the inside of the industry - Julia runs a successful modelling school.

Julia Laza, founder of JLC, makeup artist, skin care consultant, and deputy editor of Volt Magazine. Originally from Russia, Julia started her career in the fashion industry as a model, with NEXT MODELS NY, one of the World leading agencies, working all over the Globe.

From 2007-2008 she studied makeup in New York School of Fashion and the year after she enrolled into “Delamar” Makeup Academy in London, graduating in 2010. For the past 10 years, she has been working as a makeup artist and creative beauty director for famous brands, labels and top fashion editorials including Vogue Ukraine, Vogue Russia, Elle Russia, Harpers Bazaar, Hunger and many more.
